Susan - I just wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service that you provided! It was easy to order and you answered all the questions that I had and made me comfortable with my purchase! I just wanted to tell that the set-up was easy to put together and when i had that question during install you guys were right there to assist. I just wanted to thank you for expediting my order so quickly, UPS delivered it at 4PM on Friday and by 7PM I had it installed on my El Camino. The quality and fit was more than I expected you guys did a great job! I just wanted to commend you on the fit, finish and quality of your tonneau. I just purchased a standard black for my 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It took me about 2.5 hours to put together and it looks great. Granted, I've only had it on for one day but I think it adds a real quality look to my truck that was lacking. It is very low profile, fits tight and has shocks all for a very reasonable price. I just wanted to say thanks for offering such a product.

Just want you to know that I have installed the soft tilt cover on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and it is great. Better than I had hoped for. Extremely low profile, looks great, great fit, keeps the water and debris out, easy to use, easy to remove, and seems extremely durable. The fabric is heavy and high quality and the frame is extremely sturdy and well built. I agree with your statement that it is the highest quality cover available on the market.

Hi, just a note to say "I'M IMPRESSED", I wasn't really expecting much for my money. Needless to say you guys (and gals) really put out an excellent product equal to covers costing four times as much. I received the cover in less time than I expected and I was really impressed at how all the bed hardware conveniently bolted directly to the exsisting holes in the truck bed of my 2007 Explorer Sport Trac. And oh my God! It Looks Great!!!!! "GRATE JOB"!!!!
